The Technical Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of application support, application architecture design and administration. This includes support for basic system architectures, software installation and configuration, security, and performance tuning. The Technical Consultant will also be responsible for troubleshooting, capacity planning, patch management and backup recovery procedures. The Technical Consultant will be expected to regularly meet with business representatives to verify requirements for designated systems. The primary focus of this position will be to provide technical support for our Utility GIS Application systems and their supporting systems.
