Introducing Garver’s Innovation Incubator


As projects become more complex, Garver knows that innovation needs to remain at the core of project processes.  


That’s why Garver has established the Innovation Incubator, a collection of some of Garver’s leading experts who will focus on building innovative solutions to today’s challenges to better serve clients and communities. Director of Innovation & Business Support Keith Tencleve, PE, is heading up this initiative.


“Our industry needs innovators and problem solvers who turn challenges into greater opportunities,” Tencleve said. “By bringing together these innovative thinkers and giving them the space and time to collaborate, we’re paving the way for unique engineering solutions that will serve our clients today and for years to come.”
